What’s Included

    • Based on your goals and availability, plans are update every week with constant feedback and communication

    • This is not a "set it and leave it" approach. Flexibility is necessary and we encourage open communication with your coach. We understand the difficulty of navigating demanding schedules, with personal and family commitments.

    • Constant feedback and communication.

    • Together, you will establish short- and long-term goals that are both achievable and aligned with your abilities and equipment.

    • Get access to your coach 24/7 via text or WhatsApp

    • We understand things come up and you may have questions - above all else we value frequent communication!

    • All plans will be published on TrainingPeaks

    • This allows us to analyze each workout and make it specific to you, your heart rate, and pacing

    • We will do frequent testing to measure progress

    • Get recommendations on the foods you should be consuming before, during, and after workouts to maximize your performances.

    • Everyone is different when it comes to fueling & carb sources. We will work together to find out a fueling strategy that works best for you and educate you on best practices to ensure you race to your best ability.

    • A 1 hour Zoom call with your coach answering all of your questions

    • Get an overview of the course and discuss strategy
